Get to meet a wide variety of people
Good pay
Well-thought-of profession
Constant learning opportunities
Mental and physical stimulation
The work is always changing and there are lots of different things involved Disadvantages: Can be very stressful
Long hours
Mentally tiring and often emotionally difficult
Can be routine to the point of boredom (only occasionally)
Have to deal with difficult clients
Can be physically dangerous
