o You Want to be a Vet

Vet opportunities for mature students I would like to know if there are opportunities for mature age students (late twenties) to begin the journey of becoming a Vet? Are there many older students in the degree? Do employers hire older graduates or prefer younger students? Jason Many older students do become vets and I think you should have the attitude that if it is something you want to do then you should go for it. We had a man on our course who started it when he was 32. There should be no preference for employment. Usually employers either want experience or a new graduate, regardless of age. Good luck! Emma
